Marston Management have a Specialist Department dedicated to the management of owner occupied and tenanted blocks of flats, currently managing now in excess of 2,000 properties at over 90 developments in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.
The management of leasehold property is a complex matter. Marston Management have considerable experience in the day to day running of developments ranging from 3 units to in excess of 130 units. The service includes the preparation of service charge budgets, the collection of service charges, instructing and paying of contractors, supervision of maintenance works and preparation of annual accounts for submission to lessees. Regular site inspections are carried out by our team and management committees are met on a regular basis.
Marston Management are also able to give professional advice to leaseholders wishing to acquire the freehold of their development, individual leaseholders looking to extend their leases and to freeholders wishing to dispose of their holdings.
